After the last club meeting, I was wondering the same thing myself. I wasn't even sure the blog was alive.
I haven't read much of the June book because I thought it was out of town.
Should we just resume in July?
Now that Scot's on Facebook, should we abandon the blog for a facebook group? I'd probably be more apt to check in then (maybe).
But... wtf is going on? I've not read any of the books lately, and haven't really been in a reading mood. If we resume, I've got a friend who'd love to join the club if we'd have him.
I was thinking about the facebook group idea as well. Is there anyone who would be opposed?
Since we are in June now, I feel like we probably need to abandon it.
I like the idea of adding more people.
I personally need to start reading the books it is making me feel quite lame.
I'm going to start a group now on facebook and if everyone agrees we will make the switch.
My bad about June. I truly apologize. I've been back and forth to Arkansas several times, Susan's movie has created havoc and a lack of any real structure in my day to day life are all factors I would like to blame but procrastination and a general forgetfulness are more likely. I would be willing to host June 20 or 27 if anyone wants or just move my hosting to the next available month.
Also, having been at the cabin in Arkansas recently I think that plan should be tabled for a while. The crazy owner of said place has begun a re-modeling project before all construction was complete. It's relatively uninhabitable for some time.
